1.  At least 8+ years of good experience in Splunk and New Relic like dashboard creations in production, create alerts in Splunk and New Relic
2. Production monitoring/analysis + fix roll out.
3. Work closely with development teams to refine deployment and release processes.
4. Backlog and Deployment story building
5. Have some development experience in Java or .NET to understand the application knowledge and contribute to story design for logging and reporting needs.
6. Good Analytical skill to analyze the technology and domain used and then developing steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
7. Self-Starter and proactive
8. Have good knowledge in CI/CD process.
9. Prior Automation knowledge is a plus.
