• 6+ Years of experience on ServiceNow Change, Problem, Incident, Knowledge Administration.
• Hands on experience on Service Catalog, Discovery Modules
• Working experience in Agile methodology and its ceremonies.
• Good experience in writing test cases.
• Candidate should be able to understand all the technical requirements related to ITSM modules of ServiceNow application.
• Good understanding of Testing process and various types of testing.
• Oral communication skills including the ability to actively listen.
• Written communication skills – clear, understandable, and unambiguous documentation and emails are a part of the role.
• Passion for technology in general, and an inherent curiosity in their approach to work i.e. someone who will question status quo and instinctively seek improvements.
