Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in EHP4 to EHP 8 technical Upgrade, migration and other basis activities.
- Understanding of the technical upgrade project and also the enhancement pack upgrades.
- Should have experience of handling similar upgrade projects.
- Proven ability to work in teams and excellent communication skills.
- SAP Solution Manager planning, configuration, and administration to support centralized monitoring, alerting, root cause and analysis, and HP ALM integration.
- Ability to meet SLA's and project deadlines.
- SAP PO including the installation of adapters provided by SAP and external partners, configuration of the required system connections to partner systems and activation of basic monitoring.
- Ability to implement changes to the SAP environment in a structured approach using change control processes that minimizes risk and ensures high system availability and performance for each of the SAP systems.
