We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance testing processes and methodologies, proficiency in performance test tools such as JMeter and Load Runner, familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients on requirements, status reporting, and workload modeling.

1. Understand and implement performance test processes and methodologies to ensure the efficient execution of performance testing activities.
2. Utilize performance test tools such as JMeter and Load Runner to design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
3. Demonstrate expertise in preparing and presenting test estimations, defining Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), and conducting performance test script creation and execution.
4. Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and provide comprehensive bottleneck analysis reports.
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide status updates, and ensure alignment throughout the performance testing process.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop workload models and create test data that accurately represents production environments.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance testing to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience in performance testing processes and methodologies.
3. Proficiency in performance test tools such as JMeter and Load Runner.
4. Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance test results and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality performance testing solutions.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) are a plus.
