Job Description

Role: As a Area Sales Manager to handle General Trade RD Accessories across Karnataka and Rural District. Ensure Primary sales and payment collection from respective RDS, drive secondary in market through Distributors Executive and coordinate sellout.

 

  • Channel Sales
  • Day, Weekly and Monthly plan and achieve the target
  • Stock Auditing at SS
  • PO Generation and model wise projections.
  • Mapping the Retailer networks
  • Appointment of SS and MDS across the assigned areas.
  • Key Account management
  • Coordinate with Vendor to close marketing activity
  • Ensure sellout enablers
  • Coordinate and close service related issues with SS

Sales, Team Management, Customer Management, Top-line Analysis, Sales-force Management, Innovation, Training, Leadership, Strategic Forecasting, Sales Forecasting

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Sales:

1. Inaugurating & Maintaining Retail stores

2. Maintaining  ISP &Non ISPS sales

3. Monitoring Schemes and stores Handling

4. Market intelligence / competitors Activity Report to SM

5. Expanding Stores

6.  Placing the Stock in Outlet

7. Sending Daily Sales Reports to SM

8. Store Wise Stock Monitoring

 

Promotional Activities:

1. Managing outlets on POP in shop Branding Glow Sign Boards

   Etc. and ensure Branding at all counters.

2. Maintaining Display Activity for New Launch Products
